GARAGE RENOVATION
The existing garage with sleepout building and carport at each end is to be transformed into a major storage area for "the campervan", workshop and general storage. John, I will need to know what the spaces are to be called etc. In this version we call the initial draft, we have allowed to reuse the existing roof trusses as well as retain the existing roof structures at each carport location (to be built in). Simple rafters and beams will complete the roof structure (sorry Paul-truss detailer). Please click on this link for David's explanations. Please note that we have left the existing level 1 toilet shower configuration as these do not need to be altered for the stair case.
