PRE MEETING DESIGN CONSIDERATION
The proposed preliminary SKETCH design was a quick initial "ALTERNATIVE" consideration that had budget consciousness as the main focus whilst retaining the core reason for being....."the EXTRA Bedroom". The bedroom and wardrobe space was to be consolidated to form a new, 3.7m x 3.1m master bedroom, positioned adjacent to and connected with the existing ensuite. The remaining portion of the original bedroom will be repurposed to create a compact 2.7m x 2.7m secondary bedroom. This approach delivered an additional functional bedroom without increasing the building footprint while considering a budget friendly solution. This was a consideration before meeting with the family.
