202604-Morris Renovation

The existing master bedroom layout provides generous space; however, the current configuration does not fully optimise functionality or spatial efficiency to suit evolving family needs.

Designed by David

The proposed preliminary SKETCH (below) design reconfigures the existing layout to make better use of the available floor area. The oversized bedroom and underutilised wardrobe space will be consolidated to form a new, well-proportioned 3.7m x 3.1m master bedroom, positioned adjacent to and connected with the existing ensuite, which will be retained. The remaining portion of the original bedroom will be repurposed to create a compact 2.7m x 2.7m secondary bedroom. This approach improves spatial efficiency, enhances circulation, and delivers an additional functional bedroom without increasing the building footprint while considering a budget friendly solution.
