202637-KIRWEE Improvement
An old friend "original designer" reconnects us with a past client to give her home room to grow.
Designed by David
This small Kirwee home brought us back to where we started — we produced the working drawings for the original designer’s design back in 2014. Now, with our friend and designer having retired, we were asked to help the owners give the house a new lease of life. The proposal adds a garage and flexible IL2 space, linked to the existing home through the former carport, creating a new entry while adding much-needed storage and flexibility. It is a simple project, but one that reconnects us with an earlier piece of work and improves it for the owners’ needs today. Refer to this link to review PDF drawings
