Our clients are working collaboratively with, international manufacturing partners and New Zealand engineers to research, develop and refine a new generation of fold-out cabins designed specifically for the New Zealand environment. While many imported fold-out buildings are available in New Zealand, achieving Building Code compliance and obtaining a Building Consent requires far more than simply importing a finished product. Our role is to coordinate the design, technical development, engineering and documentation required to create a robust, practical and genuinely consentable building solution—helping turn an exciting international product into a credible, compliant and buildable New Zealand home.
