Detailed plans, sections and specifications to progress an approved design through the building consent process. We coordinate with engineers and specialists where required, with Liz managing council submission and follow-up.
Understand scale, space, form and the experience of your design before construction begins, using 3D models, exterior renderings and interactive VR walkthroughs.
Optional support includes tendering and builder coordination, site visits and quality checks, and progress, budget and milestone updates. David oversees site coordination and builder liaison against the approved design.
Final review and post-build advice remain part of our handover and aftercare.
We also work with local clubs, marae and community organisations across Te Awamutu and the wider Waikato, supporting grant applications with design and feasibility studies.
